The latest retro style motorcycle from Honda is the CB1000F, a four-cylinder, sporty roadster that channels the 1979 CB750F Freddie Spencer rode in AMA Superbike racing.
It’s built on the CB1000 Hornet platform, using a 1,000cc inline-four whose architecture traces back to the 2017 CBR1000RR, retuned here for low and mid-range response: 122hp at 9,000rpm and 103Nm at 8,000rpm.
Showa suspension, Nissin radial front calipers, a six-axis IMU and cornering ABS handle the modern side.
UK pricing starts at £10,599, with European deliveries from early 2026 and US availability following. Honda’s wider retro range continues alongside it including the CL500, GB350, CMX1100 Rebel, CMX500 and 900 models, the Monkey, Dax 125 and Super Cub C125.
The CB1000F has been the most anticipated Honda launch in years for retro riders and I am immensely looking forward to riding it.
