CCM Motorcycles has reunited with Hedon Helmets to create an ultra-limited edition of its single-cylinder Roadster and Tracker motorcycles. Named the Hedon Tracker and Hedon Roadster, these exclusive bikes mirror Hedon’s 2025 Cowboy theme.
CCM x Hedon: Handmade for Each Other

If you’re like most classic, custom and retro riders, the two boutique British brands, CCM Motorcycles and Hedon Helmets need no introduction.
For the uninitiated, Clews Competition Motorcycles (CCM) is a celebrated manufacturer of handcrafted, bespoke motorcycles focusing on heritage and performance. The other, Hedon, is a lauded creator of luxurious, vintage-inspired handcrafted helmets with a strong emphasis on design, quality and safety.
The Partnership
Pardoning the pun, this Cowboy-themed collaboration is not Hedon and CCM’s first rodeo together. The two brands first connected in 2023.
Anil Pitalia, owner of CCM, enamoured with the luxury helmet maker’s design philosophy made contact to suggest a project. Humbled Hedon co-founders, Lindsay and Reg excitedly agreed to the collaboration – the beginning of a beautiful partnership.
It’s not hard to see why these two businesses are attracted to each other. Both are boutique brands that place emphasis on refined design, fused with function – crafted by hand.

The first collaboration, unveiled at Motorcycle Live 2023, was actually a three-way, brand love fest in the form of a CCM Roadster. The bike was finished with a stunning paint scheme matching a Hedon Hedonist (open-face) helmet – a Retro Sci-Fi design – Hedon’s theme for 2024.
The outstanding finish by Krazy Horse was a hand-applied, silver flake paint over a gloss black base.
CCM Bikes x Hedon Helmets 2025 Theme
Once again, the two brands have combined their creative prowess and craftsmanship to create an ultra-limited edition CCM Tracker and Roadster – simply named the Hedon Tracker and Hedon Roadster.

These bespoke two-wheel masterpieces are based on CCM’s, already head-turning, lightweight, yet robust trellis-framed Tracker and Roadster motorcycles. Both are powered by a Husqvarna-derived 600cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine.
The power plant produces 55 HP and 50nm of torque to @ 5,500 rpm – paired with a six-speed gearbox and hydraulic wet multi-disc clutch, it offers a smooth yet punchy power delivery.
Weighing 145 kg the Tracker may have the edge over the 147 kg Roadster. Nonetheless, the two have an enviable power-to-weight ratio and offer a torque-rich experience in the low to mid-rev range.
As standard, the Tracker and Roadster are fitted with many refined components including Brembo twin discs up front, gripped by radial-mounted 4-piston calipers and a single disc at the rear with a single-piston sliding caliper, delivering precise and controlled braking performance.
Fully adjustable inverted Öhlins forks (120mm travel) and an adjustable rear shock (150mm on the Roadster, 125mm on the Tracker) offer a finely tuned balance between comfort and responsiveness.
And if that’s not enough for you, CCM offers a bespoke service through its Skunkwerkx unit. Riders can specify a highly individualised iteration of any of CCM’s bikes – to build, in essence, a factory custom.
Similarly, Hedon’s offers a bespoke service, allowing riders to create unique helmets – once again demonstrating the synergy between the two brands.
Cowboy Theme
The 2025 CCM x Hedon collaboration takes inspiration from Hedon’s latest design theme, Cowboy. the result is two beautiful colourways, Eastwood and Polvo – celebrating vintage, rugged Western Americana.
Both colourways are available in the Hedon Heroine Racer and Hedonist configurations – respectively full-face and open-face helmets.

Working Closely: Materials and Finishes
Completely contrary to how these collaborations are typically structured, the bikes were augmented to match the design of the helmets. The brands worked closely to bring the concepts to life, exchanging materials and finishes.

Hedon supplied the exact same leather used for the trim and interior of its helmets for the seat upholstery. It also provided all the hardware used on its helmets to CCM to use as inspiration for the bespoke embellishments.
Additionally, the bodywork for each bike was delivered to the Hedon workshop and finished in the brand’s signature style.
Hedon Eastwood CCM Roadster

Limited to just eight bikes, the CCM x Hedon Roadster’s fuel tank is painted with a striking russet cross, flanked by white and grey triangles in a Saltire-inspired style. The vivid livery, matches the Hedonist and Heroine Racer, Eastwood colourway.
It’s hard to imagine that a standard Roadster could look any better. However, this special edition shows that’s possible.
It’s as if one bike is dressed to be out for the day and the other has its dinner jacket on, heading to the Dorchester.

Hedon’s unmistakable design motif is found throughout the finish – most prominently in the CNC-machined fuel and radiator caps.

The brass-coloured frame and other components mirror hardware found on Hedon Helmets. A hand-stitched tan leather upholstered seat completes the bespoke makeover, echoing Hedon trim.

Hedon Polvo CCM Tracker

This limited edition Hedon Tracker takes its cues from the Polvo colourway with fuel tank and bodywork finished golden and brow metallic tones – designed to evoke “… dusty dusk and rugged terrain”.
The contrast against the darker carbon fibre components makes it all the more striking. And, like the Roadster, its finish makes its standard counterpart look as though it hasn’t gotten out of its pyjamas yet.

Hedon’s design language permeates throughout with subtle embellishments. Again, the brass-coloured frame and the fuel and radiator caps are executed in the style of Hedon hardware.
