(13 February 2025) Ducati has unveiled its new (lighter and more powerful) XDiavel V4 for 2025 – a beast. Here’s a first look at the sporty, muscle cruiser.
Ducati XDiavel V4 – Granturismo Engine

The latest addition to the Bologna manufacturer’s lineup features the MotoGP-derived V4 Granturismo engine with a counter-rotating crankshaft for enhanced handling. The engine produces 168 horsepower at 10,750 rpm and a meaty 12.8 kgm (126 Nm) of torque at 7,500 rpm.
That’s slightly more grunt than you’ll find in the Multistrada V4 and offers 0-100 km/h acceleration in under 3 seconds. Maintenance intervals are set at 60,000 km for major services.
Chasis & Components

The new machine combines cruiser comfort with sportbike performance, weighing 229 kg (kerb weight) – 6 kg lighter than its predecessor, the XDiavel 1260 S.
The design retains the model’s characteristic low profile with a slightly longer wheelbase (by 5mm) – while introducing modern elements like the double-C DRL headlight and quad exhaust system.

Notable features include: Brembo Stylema calipers with 330mm discs and a 240/45 Diablo Rosso III rear tyre providing ginormous ground contact.
Colours

Ducati will offer the new XDiavel V4 in two new metallic finishes: Black Lava and Burning Red
Electronic & Tech

The bike features comprehensive electronics including four riding modes, cornering ABS, traction control and a 6.9-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity. Cruise control, up and down quick shifters and launch control are included as standard.
Accessories

For touring, optional 48-litre panniers and various comfort accessories are available including a Comfort seat and lowered seat option. Plus, there’s a single-seat tail cowl to accentuate the sporty look.
Price

XDiavel will be priced from £25,995 / $28,995 / ~28,990 € – with the new cruiser expected to arrive at dealerships in May 2025.
