Husqvarna Motorcycles returned to the ‘Street Bike’ segment with the launch of the Vitpilen 701, 401 and Svartpilen 401 in 2017. It’d been 4 years since the lauded Nuda 900 ceased production.
Husqvarna’s new street bike offerings are billed as the “street bike reimagined”. And, with their angular looks, both the Svartpilen and Vitpilen model range are not comparable to anything, currently on the streets.
The bikes, justly capture the imaginations of riders who are lean towards more classically styled or futuristically-styled bikes.
In essence, the Husqvarna Motorcycles has created somewhat of a new niche within motorcycling – redefining what neo-retro motorcycle means.
And, on top this we have the Vitpilen Aero 701 Concept to look forward to – at some stage.
